Stainless Steel Base Finish | USA Supplier
Base finishes are the first processed finishes on the industrial 2B or BA sheets raw material. They can be produced on one side or, on both sides of the sheet. Finishes like VIB, BB and Satin can be produced with various density, roughness and reflectivity, to match specified appearance.

N8s Mirror finish
Only at our factory, after the usual N8 Mirror polishing on the Automatic polishing lines, we do manual buffing with a special liquid of our own 30 years old recipe and custom made pads of the finest grit.
Surface Scan Test shows Ra=0.667uin (0.01 micron) This is the highest quality Mirror finish on stainless steel sheets in the world.
Vibration (VIB) finish
Using various types of substrate finish (2B, BA, Satin, BB or N8 Mirror) and abrasive pads with various Grits, we can achieve any desired look and transparency of this finish. From a non-reflective matte finish to a mirror like appearance.
For a homogenous finish we use the automatic machine , or we can do manual polishing with a hand tool, to achieve uneven Patina like effect.
Bead Blast (BB) finish
By using various types of substrate finishes (HL, Satin, BA or N8 Mirror) various blasting agents and density of Blasting, we can achieve any desired look of this finish.
From a non-reflective fine grit Macbook finish, to a Mirror-like Colloid type BB.
Satin (Scotch Bright, N4, 2K) finish
Using various Grit belts, we can produce different types of Satin finish.
From a rough Scotch Bright finish, to a smooth 2K finish (EN 10088-2) on BA finish, with Ra=0.3 micron for Exterior applications, to reduce the Corrosion rate.
Hairline (HL) finish
We produce our HL finish on N4 Satin substrate finish, to achieve a rich texture of this finish. We use a Wet polishing process
Technical Data and Certification
We made project required Ra testing on our 2K Satin finish, in Dubai laboratory. Ra testing of our N8 Mirror finish was done at USA laboratory.
