Stainless Steel Etched Designs
Etched designs on stainless steel are achieved through a precise chemical etching process.
Etching can be done on any substrate finish, like Mirror, Satin, Bead Blast.
We can also do Etching on PVD colored sheets, to achieve a 2 color combination.
We have ready screens for 130 standard designs.
Depth of Etching from 25 micron to 1mm. Size of sheets: 1250 x 3050mm.(max.)

Designers have a wide choice of ready patterns to suit any desired theme or cultural preferences: Arabesque ornaments, complex geometrical shapes, curlicues, broken glass, rain drops and many 3D impressions.
We can do any Custom Etched design, as per provided CAD drawings,
Etching on Embossed patterns and 1mm. Deep Etching for the Floor plates, landing plates for Escalators.
Picture Etching requires a special screen for high resolution.
Different shades are achieved thru variable density of Etched dots.
Apart of Building decoration, it can be used for consumer items like Wall decorations, Gift items, Sign products, etc.
These decorations can be used in Exterior applications.
