Nano Scratch Resistant (NSR™) coating will safely protect the finishes and colors from scratches and erosion.
Hardness of our NSR™ coated surface is 578 HV (Hardness Vickers)
which is more than 3 times higher, than uncoated surface of stainless steel.

NSR™ coating can be applied on many finishes: Satin, Hairline, Vibration, Bead Blast, CD, Embossed and other finishes.
It can come with any Ti(PVD) color, which we produce.
Formability
NSR™ coated stainless steel sheets can be processed in the same way as uncoated sheets.
The coating will not crack, nor peel off on the edges.
NSR™ coating itself is an inert, hard film, free from contaminating substances according to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC
